  1. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if available.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
    – Standard Shipping: Available throughout South Africa, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
    – Local Delivery (Cape Town Region Only): Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days for customers located within the Cape Town area.

    Shipping costs vary based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  3. Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  4. Shipping Delays
    We aim to meet all estimated delivery times, but please note that unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at shop@nellco.co.za for assistance.
  5. Shipping Address
    Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. NellCo cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

    If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@nellco.co.za. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
  6. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal of delivery, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.
  7. Damaged or Missing Items
    If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us at shop@nellco.co.za with your order number and details, and we will promptly assist you.
